The starting point: Comfort meets energy efficiency

The aim of the comprehensive modernization was to meet the changing expectations of guests. Modern technology was intended not only to create a new sense of space but also to help save energy. The challenge: Renovation while operations continue

Conventional renovations involving new cable runs and wall openings would have been too time-consuming and expensive. The newly designed, partially paneled ceilings also complicated traditional cabling.

Three actuators each were installed in the bathroom, air conditioning unit, and under the bed. They are controlled via wireless Pico® remote controls, which can be positioned elegantly and flexibly within the room. No complex wiring was required – walls and floors remained undamaged.
